Jacob A. Catayoc

Concurrent Chief Operating Officer and Chief Corporate Resource Officer of DigiLEAF Inc. Formerly the Chief Operations Officer of his own company, XSYS Inc., Jake is directly involved in the software architecture and development of various software projects for his clients in the banking, real estate and manufacturing industries specializing in Geographical Information Systems (GIS), Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), and mobile-based application development.

Prior to starting his own software development business, Jake worked as a Systems Analyst at the Regional Development Center of ON Semiconductor, where he developed and maintained manufacturing test applications used in all of their plants worldwide. He also worked as a Test Automation Engineer at Alvion Asia Technologies, helping the Quality Control department develop automated scripts for their applications. He also worked as a Software Engineer for Integrated Device Technology (IDT), where he maintained various manufacturing applications used in different departments within their Philippines site.

Graduated Cum Laude in Asia Pacific College in 2004, he obtained a lot of software development experience and expertise even during pre-collegiate days, having created an Excel-based employee assessment system for Motorola Philippines as early as 13 years old. He started learning to program (using BASIC and Pascal) at a very young age of 10.

Paul K. M. Hoyer. CMQ/OE, CQA, CQE

Mentor, QMS Advisor & VP – International Affairs of DigiLEAF Inc. Paul has more than 20 years experience in related areas, e.g. chemistry instructor in and is the co-founder of the Chemical Technology Department of a technical institute in the Philippines (3 years), process design engineer (4 years) and research scientist (5 years) for a base metal industry in the Netherlands, and process development engineer and team leader in an alumina refinery in Australia (8 years).

Lead assessor quality systems (1993). Senior Member, Certified Quality Auditor (2002), Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (2006) and Certified Quality Engineer (2004) of the American Society for Quality (ASQ). Member of the Standing Review Board (SRB) of ASQ Quality Press (2004). Member of the Asia Pacific Quality Organization (APQO). Nine years experience as QA/(H)SE-coordinator and QA-auditor/consultant for technical companies (SME) in the Netherlands. MS degree in Chemical Engineering (1973).

Necito A. dela Cruz

Chief Data Architect of DigiLEAF Inc. He also serves as the Enterprise Data Architect/Information Architect, and Data Modeler. Chito has worked as Technical Lead of the Information/Data Architecture component of the Enterprise Architecture Group of Boston Scientific Corporation/Guidant, St. Paul, MN; Data Warehouse Consultant at Guidant Corporation, St. Paul, MN; He performed various consulting services in data warehouse/decision support systems for 3M, Imation, Deluxe Corporation, eFunds Corporation, DAMARK (Catalog Marketing), St. Paul Companies (Travellers insurance); He performed various IT roles such as Product Manager, Department Manager of Consulting Services, Department Manager for Development of R&D tools for data modeling at Control Data Corporation, Minneapolis, MN.

He was involved in defining and crafting strategic objectives, and principles germane to Information/Data Architecture within the BSC Enterprise Architecture framework. He provided an advisory and consulting role in improving Business Intelligence and Data Management. He participated in assessing and evaluating project initiatives based on criteria established by Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Quality, and Business Intelligence Groups. He was involved in developing Business Capability, defining roadmaps, performing extensive data modeling (conceptual, logical) of various business functional systems, and ensuring enterprise-wide reusability of models.

He provided mentoring, coaching, and consulting related to data architecture. He designed, developed, and conducted courses on Object Role Modeling (ORM), a data modeling method, uses NORMA as the tool to capture the metadata of the conceptual model. He authored and co-authored several papers presented at annual Object Role Modeling Workshop/Conferences about practical experiences of performing conceptual data modeling based on the basic principles of linguistics and semantics using natural language.

He graduated Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing from the University of the Philippines; He earned a Certificate in Computer Programming from Control Data Institute; He is a Certified Object Role Modeling Instructor and Certified Conceptual ORM Modeler/Architect.

Terence O’Keefe 

Chief Business Portfolio Officer of DigiLEAF Inc. Terence has worked with various service and hardware companies to price bids, creates budgets for proposed projects, and negotiate contracts. Some of the companies he has consulted for were: Signpost Films, Mosaic, EMI, Disney, Reemvision, and United Film Partners, just to name a few.
He also worked as a Project Manager at Service Intelligence for their largest account, the City of Anaheim, a $1.5 million dollar LAN Network utilizing IBM Token Ring topology and Novell 286 and 386 Netware. The LAN had 13 file servers, one mail server, and over 200 users in two buildings using 16-megabit cards, type 1 and fiber optic cabling. He reported directly to the City Council members of the City of Anaheim and responsible for all facets of installation, such as helping design the network configuration and choosing the hardware. He coordinated with contractors and technicians to bring the project in on time and within budget.

He also consulted for Latham & Watkins law firm for three years as special project manager. As a special project manager, he oversaw the $25 billion dollar merger between KKR and RJR Nabisco, which at the time was the biggest corporate merger in US history and was immortalized in the book and movie Barbarians at the Gate.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Public Communications from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts and his Master’s Degree in Communications from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, California.

Pamela T. Tidalgo 

Director – Global Human Resources of DigiLEAF Inc. Pamela is a dynamic and outstanding individual, having excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record in implementing and maintaining HR, Financial and Administrative Systems. She used to work for UCLA, JJE Corporation, KS Corporation, and provided business consulting services focusing on Corporate Planning, Financial Management, and Human Resource Management.

She specializes in assisting organizations to navigate complex business transformation initiatives by leveraging her analytical and process engineering skills. She is experienced in conducting business process/operational efficiency reviews and engaged in several enterprise quality management projects. She also co-led a team for a medical services firm to improve their financial and administrative functions. The scope of her engagements included developing policies and procedures, define methodologies and leading a pilot of the newly defined risk and control self-assessment process spanning several business areas.

Aside from improving process efficiency, she also looks for better ways to transform businesses through the application of best practices and innovative techniques to contribute to achieving business growth and organizational excellence.
