Jocelyn M. Reyes, CMQ/OE, Fellow – CQBA, CSQP

Concurrent Chairperson and Chief Quality/Knowledge Officer of Digileaf Inc., President of the International Alliance of Quality Professionals (IAQP), Netherlands. Quality and Learning Advisor for multinational organizations belonging in the IT, financial and telecommunications industry.

Setup and implemented quality systems, conducted training/workshops/seminars in various fields including, business analysis, quality management, project management, software quality engineering, software quality assurance and software testing. She is often invited as a speaker for international and local quality & IT conferences. More than a decade of experience in technology-centric organizations, specialized in business process architecture and instill value-added initiatives that promote a quality culture in an organization.

Graduated Master in Information Management, Bachelor of Science in Mathematics major in Computer Science, earned a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence from the American Society for Quality; and obtained a Certified Quality Business Analyst (Fellow), Certified Software Quality Professional (Fellow) from the International Alliance of Quality Professionals.

Paul K. M. Hoyer. CMQ/OE, CQA, CQE
(Mentor, QMS Consultant / VP - International Affairs)

MS degree in Chemical Engineering (1973). More than 20 years experience in related areas, e.g. chemistry instructor in and co-founder of the Chemical Technology Department of a technical institute in the Philippines (3 years), process design engineer (4 years) and research scientist (5 years) for a base metal industry in the Netherlands, and process development engineer and team leader in an alumina refinery in Australia (8 years).

Lead assessor quality systems (1993). Senior Member, Certified Quality Auditor (2002), Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (2006) and Certified Quality Engineer (2004) of the American Society for Quality (ASQ). Member of the Standing Review Board (SRB) of ASQ Quality Press (2004). Member of the Asia Pacific Quality Organization (APQO). Nine years experience as QA/(H)SE-coordinator and QA-auditor/consultant for technical companies (SME) in the Netherlands.

MICHAEL JON Q. REYES

President & Chief Information Officer of Digileaf Inc., Learning Advisor for organizations in the financial and IT industry. Held positions of Higher Education Professional, Systems Architect and Operations & Distributions Specialist in multinational companies.

An accredited subject matter expert of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas on Quality Project Management using the BSP Project Management Methodology; Training Program Manager of the Systems Analysis and Design Training at the National Computer Center; Certification Examinations Director of the International Alliance of Quality Professionals.

Graduated Master in Information Management, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing and Management, Bachelor of Science in Information Management, obtained a Certified Quality Project Manager and Certified Quality Business Analyst - Fellow from the International Alliance of Quality Professionals.
