Jeff S. Mejia
(Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt - DigiLEAF Inc.)

He is the Business Unit Head for Enterprise Quality at DigiLEAF Inc., offering training and consulting solutions in the areas of Strategic Quality Management, Lean Six Sigma, Balanced Scorecard, DFSS and Advanced Statistical Quality Tools. He is also the designated Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Principal Consultant recognized by International Alliance of Quality Professionals registered in the Deutsche Chamber of Commerce (Netherlands). At the age of 23, he earned his certification for Six Sigma Black Belt from American Society for Quality (ASQ) and Quality Assurance Institute (QAI) India. From then on, he gained vast exposure towards Lean Six Sigma program deployment and governance. His name is remarkable in the area of Lean Six Sigma training being able to have trained over a thousand of Lean Six Sigma enablers, including Executives, Champions, Black, Green and Yellow Belts across multinational and small-to-medium enterprises here and abroad and has been an accredited trainer for Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. He is known in the industry because of his ability to fuse the science and application of Lean Six Sigma and still have it appreciated from the stakeholders down to all band levels. He is regarded not only as a consultant but as a practitioner who is able to bring multiple Lean Six Sigma projects to its timely closure and was able to design and develop Lean Six Sigma programs for various organization. He already served as the Regional Head for Operations Excellence at Thomson Reuters Inc., as a Business Intelligence Head and Internal Quality Auditor for IBM, and as a Corporate Quality Officer for SPi Global. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Statistics at the University of the Philippines Diliman.

Vitaliano "Vita" Mejia Depante

Vitaliano “Vita” Depante was recently the CIO of Watsons Personal Care Stores, Phils. He is currently a lecturer for various learning institutions such as Digileaf among others. He is also an IT consultant for various companies. His professional experience spans more than 20 years and includes being the senior analyst for Credit Lyonnais, con-current R&D and IT head of SPI Technologies, CIO of Nissan Motor Philippines and Head of the IT Operations and International Support division of Jollibee Foods Corporation.

Vita is also an educator since 1994. He is a senior lecturer (adjunct) for both De La Salle University and University of Asia & the Pacific. He teaches graduate students in the field of IT, management and business. He is also founding member of UA&P’s Institute of IT Studies Research Center.

Vita is a graduate of De La Salle University with a degree in Electronics Engineering. He was a scholar and graduated with honors from the Asian Institute of Management with a Master in Management degree.

James N. Pasamonte

He is currently a Management and Technical (Pharmaceutical) Consultant of various local and multinational companies. He is also a part-time faculty member of the Royal and Pontifical University of Santo Tomas.

He is a graduate of Master of Management (MM) at the University of the Philippines and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Organizational Development at the College of Saint Benilde – De LaSalle University. He is an alumnus of the University of Santo Tomas having obtained the degree of Bachelor Science in Pharmacy; also on the same university he successfully defended his thesis for the degree of Master of Business Administration. His other academic credentials include Certificate from Asian Institute of Management and from the University of Asia and of the Pacific.

Mr. Pasamonte joined LVP Philippines, Inc., a subsidiary of United Laboratories, Inc., after passing the Pharmacist Licensure Examination. His positions include the following, Head of the Production Department, Pharmacist-in-Charge of the Plant Operations and Research and Development Officer.

He joined GlaxoSmithKline Philippines, as one of the lead Lean -6 Sigma Expert (or Blackbelt) of the Philippine operations and later on as Value Stream and Production Manager, which includes the management of the New Production Introduction. He was invited as a Resource Speaker and Workshop Facilitator for both local and foreign countries.

Ma. Helen G. Sebastian

Bachelor of Science Major in Mathematics/Computer Science graduate and an advocate of Quality. More than 20 years of service in the corporate world, supporting various IT processes and applications systems. Her strong background in Database Management, QA Testing and Project Management contributed to all her successful project deployments applied to Manufacturing, Telecommunication, Mining industry and Solutions Integrators. Worked 5 years as a Developer, 8 years as Computer Controller, 3 years as Financial Systems Consultant, 4 years as Project Manager, 4 years as Systems Analyst, 2 years as Business Process Manager and recently joined a Software Company as QA Manager.
